1. Go to bed between the hours of 9-11 pm, as it is the time the energetic internal organs start repairing themselves. Also make sure you can get 7-9 hours of sleep, and be consistent with your sleep regimen as much as possible.

2. Upon waking, start your day with fresh squeezed lemon water. Lukewarm temperature is preferred. This will help energize, alkalize, and cleanse your body first thing.

3. Exercise daily! Do something to move your body and sweat. Anywhere between 30 minutes to 1 hour long is ideal. Using steam and sauna to sweat additionally is recommended.

4. Choose to be grateful daily. Be positive and practice being grateful for everything you have. Every morning spend about 5 minutes writing what you are grateful for. The more you are thankful for what you have, the more you receive what you want and like, and the more joy it will bring you. A great way to help you is to get.

6. Get outside and enjoy some sunshine! 20 minutes a day can help with absorption of vitamin D

7. Spend time with people who lift you up and those who make your life better and more positive.

8. Plan a trip to a place you haven’t yet been. It’ll give you something to look forward to and to work toward.

9. Practice self-kindness. Don’t criticize yourself, give yourself permission to relax and enjoy your free time and love yourself! Be compassionate toward yourself.

10. Spend a few minutes of your day cleaning and putting things away. Whether it’s putting cloths back in the closet or cleaning the counters, taking trash out or cleaning your car. Organized, clean environment will help feel better and lighter.
